Legal Basis: Processing is conducted under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries).

Data Retention: Personal data is retained for the duration of the active business relationship and for a period of seven (7) years thereafter, in compliance with Swedish bookkeeping regulations (Bokföringslagen, Chapter 2, §2). Upon expiration, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Third-Party Disclosure: CraftVisiona does not sell, rent, lease, or distribute personal information to unauthorized third parties. Data may be shared with essential service providers (cloud hosting, payment processors) strictly bound by Data Processing Agreements under Article 28 of the GDPR.

Data Security: All personal data is processed using industry-standard encryption (AES-256) and stored within ISO 27001-certified EU data centers. Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of digital services by CraftVisiona, registered at 411 01 Tångenvägen 8B, Göteborg, Sweden, to the client ("Client") as specified in the applicable Statement of Work ("SOW").

Scope of Services: CraftVisiona shall provide digital product consulting, web platform development, conversion funnel engineering, cloud infrastructure configuration, and related digital services as detailed in the executed SOW. Any work not explicitly stated in the SOW is considered outside scope and subject to a formal change order.

Intellectual Property: Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, CraftVisiona irrevocably assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights, including copyrights, design rights, and trade secrets, in the client-specific deliverables to the Client. CraftVisiona retains no rights in the delivered work product post-payment.

Payment Terms: Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of issuance. Late payments accrue interest at a rate of 8% per annum in accordance with Swedish Räntelagen (Interest Act, SFS 1975:635). CraftVisiona reserves the right to suspend ongoing work for invoices outstanding beyond 21 days.

Project Delivery: Delivery timelines are specified in the SOW. CraftVisiona commits to meeting agreed milestones or providing written notice of delays within 48 hours of anticipated schedule variance. Force majeure events shall extend delivery deadlines proportionally.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of five (5) years.

Limitation of Liability: CraftVisiona's total aggregate liability under any SOW shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under that SOW. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Gothenburg (Göteborgs tingsrätt).

This Refund Policy applies to all commercial engagements between CraftVisiona, registered at 411 01 Tångenvägen 8B, Göteborg, Sweden, and its clients as governed by the applicable Statement of Work ("SOW").

Pre-Commencement Cancellation: If a Client cancels a project prior to the commencement of any substantive work (defined as the initiation of design or development activities), CraftVisiona shall issue a full refund of any advance payments or deposits within fourteen (14) business days of the cancellation request.

Partial Completion Refunds: If a project is terminated after work has commenced but prior to completion, the Client is entitled to a prorated refund based on the percentage of SOW milestones not yet delivered and accepted. The determination of delivered vs. undelivered milestones shall be based on the project milestone schedule defined in the executed SOW.

Non-Delivery by CraftVisiona: In the event that CraftVisiona fails to deliver the scope defined in the SOW due to reasons attributable solely to CraftVisiona, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of all payments made under the applicable SOW, regardless of the portion of work completed.

Refund Processing: All approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of refund approval. CraftVisiona shall provide written confirmation of the refund amount and expected processing timeline.

Dispute Resolution: Refund disputes shall first be addressed through direct communication at [email protected]. If resolution cannot be achieved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the courts of Gothenburg (Göteborgs tingsrätt) in accordance with Swedish law.
